Facilitator Training

The next cohort begins September 29th, 2026

4 of 6 spots available for the September 2026 cohort

Your work is already powerful.
The breath gives you another way in.

A six-month professional training for coaches, therapists, bodyworkers and facilitators who want to integrate conscious connected breathwork into their existing practice.

Imagine this:

You recognize when a client needs more than another conversation.

You know how to invite the body in without forcing an outcome.

You understand what different breathing patterns reveal about protection, activation and readiness.

You meet emotional intensity without needing to escalate or interpret it.

You know when to guide, when to slow down and when to do less.

Your presence stays steady when a client enters unfamiliar territory.

Conscious connected breathwork feels like a natural extension of the work you already do.

You have a clear ethical framework for weaving breathwork into your sessions, programs or retreats.

Your clients find not only insight but a deeper relationship with their own bodies.

You leave with more range as a practitioner without losing the essence of your existing work.

Where the professional
experience meets the
intelligence of the breath.

"

There is much more freedom for my clients to have their own experience now. I don't need their process to validate me or look a certain way, which allows me to stay present and trust where their own body, breath and process want to go.

From Elisabeth

My vision inside this program

This training is not designed to replace the work you already do.

It's here to deepen it.

Many of the practitioners who join already have established businesses, existing clients and years of experience supporting others.

They are not looking for a completely new professional identity.

They want a responsible, embodied way to bring conscious connected breathwork into the work they already offer.

My approach is not about creating the most intense experience in the room.

It is about learning how to recognize what the body is communicating, meet the person in front of you and trust the process without forcing it forward.

You will learn the technique, yes.

But you will also develop the discernment to know when to guide, when to soften, when to pause and when your presence is more important than anything you could say.

Breathwork will become much more than a modality for you, it will support you in strengthening your capacity within your existing practice.

What's included:

Each element of the program supports a different layer of your development — so the work moves from concept into lived, professional practice.

Live training and supervised practice

Refine your facilitation through direct feedback, practical experience and nuanced discussion.

Professional framework and ethics

Develop clear guidelines around safety, boundaries, consent, contraindications and scope.

Real-world integration

Explore how breathwork fits into the sessions, groups, retreats or programs you already offer.

Ongoing mentorship and support

Bring the questions that arise as you begin integrating the work into your own practice.

Practice sessions and reflection

Build experience through application, not only theory or observation.

Personal embodiment

Understand how your own nervous system, presence and patterns influence the spaces you hold.

You already know how to hold people.

This training gives you another way to meet what is happening beneath the surface.

Through conscious connected breathwork, you will learn to work with the body alongside the tools, experience and professional framework you already bring.

You will develop the discernment to recognize when the breath can support a client's process, how to guide without forcing an outcome, and when your presence matters more than doing more.

Whether you work with individuals, groups or retreats, the breath becomes a natural extension of the work you have already built.

If you work with people
you work with their breath

This is for you who:

You already work with clients, groups or communities through coaching, therapy, bodywork, healing, movement, leadership, retreats or another established modality.

You are drawn to breathwork not as a new identity, but as a refinement of the work you already offer.

You understand that powerful facilitation requires more than technique.

You want to work with emotional depth without manufacturing intensity.

You value ethics, consent, professional boundaries and nervous-system awareness.

You can sense the moments in a session where something deeper is asking to move, and you want a way to meet it without forcing it.

You want the breathwork you offer to feel aligned with your existing methodology, voice and way of working.

You are willing to be challenged, receive feedback and deepen your own embodiment alongside your professional skill.

Becoming a breathworker doesn't replace your existing role, it deepens it.

Whether you work through conversation, touch, movement, coaching or group facilitation, conscious connected breathwork can become a meaningful extension of your existing approach.

For coaches and mentors

Support clients in moving beyond intellectual understanding and into a more embodied relationship with their patterns.

For therapists and mental health professionals

Explore how breath awareness and carefully considered breathwork practices may complement your existing scope of practice, professional standards and client needs.

For bodyworkers and somatic practitioners

Add another way of working with protection, sensation, emotional expression and the body's own pacing.

For yoga teachers, retreat leaders and group facilitators

Create experiences that invite depth without depending on intensity or emotional performance.

For healers and intuitive practitioners

Ground your existing sensitivity within a clearer professional framework, ethical boundaries and embodied facilitation skills.

Group breathwork session

This program is designed for established professionals and individuals with prior experience in transformational work.

This is for you if you are wanting to build your body of work, have more experience with space holding online and in-person and weave more breath into your existing professional practice and personal life.

It's not for you if you are completely new to this field or looking for an in-depth anatomy of Breathwork or in-depth trauma training. Instead, this program offers a strong foundation and the tools you need to confidently guide Breathwork sessions with a trauma-informed lens.

The method within this Breathworker program lies on the intuitive side of Breathwork. It is a body-led and client-centered experience that follows the reality of the client's body and breath. Each client brings their own intentions and level of embodiment and the facilitator supports the deepening, freeing and flow of breath in the body in the client's pace.

This is a non-agenda, trauma-informed space where the facilitator is not impose outcomes with their own ideas of what is meant to happen in the sessions. Sessions are held within the window of tolerance, prioritizing safety, consent and transformation. The work blends intuition and professional skills to empower clients to release tension, re-wire patterns and integrate new levels of regulation into daily life.

Clients are encouraged to follow their own pace, adjust or pause practices as needed. Forced breathing patterns or emotional catharsis are not required. This holistic approach engages the full body, emotions and direct experience supporting embodiment, self-empowerment and sustained integration beyond the sessions.

Everything you learn in this program will be applicable to all transformation facilitation work.

Guiding Principles

Over the 6 months you will be guided on a journey of learning, experiencing and teaching.

Change happens in the client's timing not through force or expectation.

Expansion is guided through regulation, awareness and safety rather than intensity.

Clients are supported to safely engage with and integrate the practices.

Clear boundaries, transparency and ethical conduct are essential.

Strong professional guidelines support confidentiality and scope.

Openness to reflection, feedback and continued growth.

Your Guide

Elisabeth Finocchiaro

Founder of Breathworker Program

Elisabeth Finocchiaro

Elisabeth Finocchiaro is a breathwork facilitator and embodiment guide based in Norway, devoted to holding spaces where breath becomes a bridge back to the body, the soul and the sacred.

After more than a decade working with transformation and guiding people through deep processes, she has become less interested in intensity and more interested in what actually supports lasting change. She has seen how easily breathwork can become another space for performance, pressure or the pursuit of a breakthrough, and her work is rooted in a different understanding.

The body does not need to be pushed into revealing something. It needs the conditions to respond honestly. Elisabeth teaches practitioners how to create those conditions through embodied presence, professional discernment and a deep respect for the person in front of them.

The technique matters. But what makes the work powerful is how you meet what the breath brings forward. Rooted in feminine principles of transformation, Elisabeth's approach honors softness as strength and surrender as a path to power. She has supported thousands of people around the world in deepening their self-trust, reclaiming their energy and embodying their unique presence.

She holds retreats, guides an online membership and programs, and collaborates with other visionaries. This training program encapsulates her biggest body of work — the feminine art of breath, and the professional discernment to carry it forward with integrity.

"

It has changed the way I see myself.

When I joined Elisabeth's training, I wasn't completely sure where breathwork would fit into my work. What I knew was that her way of leading resonated with me. The training has given me so much more than I expected. It has brought my own shadows around leadership to the surface, but within Elisabeth's steady guidance, they have felt possible to meet. There is a depth to the training that asks you to become more of the person who can actually hold other people. I now trust myself as a leader in a way I didn't before, and I have already started offering paid breathwork sessions alongside my other business—even though we are only a little over halfway through the training. It has changed far more than the way I relate to breathwork. It has changed the way I see myself.

Current Breathwork Student & Business Owner

Your work has already brought you this far.
What becomes possible when you include the breath?

You already have experience supporting people through meaningful change. You have developed your own way of working, built relationships with your clients and learned that transformation cannot be reduced to a single method.

And perhaps you have also encountered the moments when insight is not enough.

When a client understands the pattern but something in the body remains unchanged. When words begin to reach their limit. When you sense there is more present beneath the surface, but you want a responsible and embodied way to meet it.

Conscious connected breathwork offers another way in.

Facilitating and understanding the breath includes the body more fully, expands your range as a practitioner and supports your clients beyond what can be reached through conversation alone.

Over six months, you will learn the foundations and technique of conscious connected breathwork while developing the discernment to know how, when and with whom to use it.

You will learn to work with the breath without forcing an outcome, to recognize what the body may be communicating and to meet intensity, protection and emotional expression with greater steadiness.

You will leave with more than a modality.

If you feel that conscious connected breathwork is the next evolution of your work, I would love to welcome you into the training.

Registrations are open, with 6 spots available for the online cohort.

4 of 6 spots are already taken, keeping the group an intimate professional space.

Registrations close as soon as the group reaches capacity.

Common Questions

FAQ

What specific type of Breathwork will we be practicing?

The program's main focus is on Conscious Connective Breathwork Sessions, but you will also learn about the art of space holding, trauma-informed facilitation, teaching concepts and the healing arts.

Are there any requirements to complete the program?

Yes. 100 hours as a combination of practice sessions given and received, attending online training calls and self-study/embodiment practices. You will also need to prove your proficiency in order to be certified.

Do I need any prior experience or qualifications?

Yes. The program is for seasoned professionals wanting to add Breathwork services and/or sharpen their facilitation skillset to their already established businesses/practice.

If you are unsure about your qualifications and have sufficient personal experience with transformational work please take contact with Elisabeth to discuss if it will be a good fit.

Will I be able to begin offering Breathwork in my business before the 6 months are complete?

You will be encouraged to begin with your training sessions as soon as you feel ready while attending the 6-month program. I cannot tell you what to do within your own practice but I encourage confidence and integrity before offering professionally.

If something comes up during the 6 months will I lose my chance of being fully trained?

Attending a sufficient number of live calls is highly encouraged, as the program follows specific guidelines for certification.

We understand that life and personal processes can affect your timeline for completing practice sessions and fully embodying the work. You'll have up to 1 year to finish and receive your completion certification when ready.

You're also welcome to join the next cohort at an alumni price or attend future retreats to deepen your experience and support your growth.

Is the Training Program accredited?

This is a 100% private education that amounts to 100 hours. You will receive a letter of completion and will be able to use that if you'd like to be accredited by the GPBA (Global Professional Breathwork Alliance) along with other trainings you've done.

Elisabeth has been the National Representative of Norway in the IBF (International Breathwork Foundation) and is in contact with the GPBA. Since her training is not 3 years, she was not able to apply, but almost all other standards were met.

Is it possible to split up the payments?

Yes. Once you reach the registration page you will be presented with different payment-plan options. If you'd like to discuss a personal plan or if you'd like an invoice sent directly to your business, please email me at elisabeth@elisabethfinocchiaro.com

Anything else I should keep in mind?

While the program provides a supportive environment, it's important to note that this is not a personal therapy group but a context for learning and growing as a facilitator.

What is expected of me during this program?

This is a self-led space where you schedule your own self-study and practice sessions. Prioritize showing up to the live training calls as much as possible, and implement what you learn — coming with questions as they arise.
